do tianmen mountain & grand canyon same day?

Question

How far apart is Tianmen (Heavenly Door) Mountain Scenic Area & the Grand Canyon Glass bridge? how  long does it take to get from one to the other & how would I do that? is it possible to see both of them in a single day ? I will be staying in Zhangjiajie city near the cable car ticket office for the mountain.

The cable car station of Tianmen Mountain is in Zhangjiajie city area while the Grand Canyon is located near the Wulingyuan Scenic Area, which is 1.5 hours' drive from the city. You may feel rushed to visit both of the places in a day on your own. For your information, you can take the direct bus from Zhangjiajie Center Bus Station to the canyon. The bus station is within 10 minutes' walking distance of the Tianmen Mountain. And there is also glass bridge on the mountain.

You may not cover all the places of the sightseeing spots. However, to save time, you are suggested to start the trip early morning and get back later to visit the places as much as possible.
