I got flight back from Shanghai to Germany and stay before in Vietnam.Is it possible to flight from Vietnam over Guangzhou( just 1,5 hour layover and im not planing to leave the Airport) to Shanghai and then stay one day in Shanghai before leaving from Shanghai to Germany ?Or do I have to fly from Vietnam directly to Shanghai ?

You can fly Vietnam-Guangzhou-Shanghai-Germany without a visa only if you are spending less than 24 hours on Chinese soil.
