Any idea how to get to Guangzhou shanghai jiu lu from hong kong?

Do you refer to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street? If yes, you may take a bus to Landmark Canton Hotel from Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay, Metropark Hotel Mongkok, etc. Upon arrival, take a taxi to the street for about CNY 15.
