I am from Afghanistan and I have residence permits from Italian and i am living in Italia then I have my friends from China I want to go for visiting them so what I do for get visa to go and visit them

Zabed, you can possibly apply for a tourist L visa, but I'm not sure whether you can apply for it from Italia. In your country, you cannot apply for it. You can contact the CVASC in Rome and Milan or contact the embassy for confirmation.
