About:Beijing Capital International Airport

I Will arrive from Amsterdam to Beijing Capital Airport and have 1 hour 30 min transit.

And then go to Guangzhou.
What steps do we nee to take to make this transit? Do we get our luggage or Will this be transferred? Where do we nee to go?

It's international to domestic transfer at PEK. You need to collect the luggage and recheck them. Can you provide your airlines that I can figure out the terminal building?
Generally speaking, the procedures are the following:
Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection - Baggage Claim - Customs Inspection - Going through Transfer Formalities - Security check - Waiting & Boarding
In addition, I'm afraid that 90 minutes is not enough for this transfer. If possible, you need to change the schedule of your next flight.
There are enough detailed English signs at the airport. These will help you find the right directions easily.
