About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

I carry Canadian Passport, and ill be in a cruise

I carry Canadian Passport, and ill be in a cruise from Guangzouh, China, stay for two nights, then go to Hanon Bay for 2 nights then back to Guangzou to fly back to malaysia, do I need a china Visa? an agent says yes but i read that I qualify for a 72-hout visa free entry. please enlighten me asap.

Yes, you need it. You don't qualify for the 72h free transit becuase you leave Guangzhou by a ship instead of plane.
