About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Different airports in Shanghai

Hi there,
I will arrive tomorrow at PVG airport in Shanghai around 7 p.m. and I will leave Shanghai on the 3th of November around 6 p.m. from SHA to Hong Honk. Now I am a bit concerned that it might not be possible to enter Shanghai because these two are not the same aiports. Is it still possible or do I need to book a new flight?
Thanks for your answer.
Sandra

It's ok, as long as you fly from a different country to Shanghai and then to HK, you can enjoy the 144h free transit policy. You can travel in and out from different airports in Shanghai.
