Need Hong Kong & Taiwan Visa

Hi,
My passport is totally fresh & I ever not visited any country. I am Bangladeshi citizen and holding Bangladeshi passport. I have started my business two months before and for searching business opportunities I want to visit HK & Taiwan.
Is it possible to get entry permits for these places now, as China entry permit is stopped for fresh passport now.
Please advise.
