i'm arriving in beijing capital airport from ewr on ua89connecting to hdn on nh962.

Question

There's a 1h50m connection time.  Will I have to retrieve my luggage?  Will I make my flight? Even though the MCT states 60 mins, I've read that it takes a very long time to connect to the next flight.
