I am in China and looking for a job. I have more than 10 years experience in various field

Hi there,
my question is: will I be issued with work VISA if I DO NOT have any degree neither university certs?

As far as I know, the degree is needed when your employer gets you the work permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit which are necessary to apply for the work Z type.
