i'm arriving from rome by alitalia at pekthen transfer to air china flight to hong

I have read that Alitalia arrive to Terminal 2 while Air China to T3. What is the procedures? And what is the easiest way to transfer from T2 to T3? I have 3 hours, it's enough?
