About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Awaiting baggage claim at PEK

My bag was not on the carousel and I have been without it for 2 days and am still waiting to be contacted but cannot get hold of the airport and have heard nothing from them. How long should this take and how can I find out if there has been any progress?

I am sorry to hear that. Generally speaking, you can get your check-in luggage 20 to 30 minutes after arrival. You can contact the staff at Lost & Found Counter by dialing 0086-10-96158. Good luck!

Have reported and received luggage irregularity report on the same day but it is now day 4 and i am still waiting for any information, is there a number available with english speaking staff as i would like to find out what it happening in terms of finding it. Thank you
