i am still awaiting my job. when will i get it?

Joined new place but not satisfied with work environment. Looking for change. Sooner or later?I want to switch the current place of work and trying hard. how long will it take?. Date of birth as per chinese 17 Dec 1968 and English 03 Feb 1969
