Hi, I plan to travel in Taiwan on 11/9/2016 to 17/9/2016.

What will be the wheather at that time and is that advisable to travel on this period?

It may be cloudy, and rain slightly. The temperature may range from 75F to 85F. It will be hot and moist. You may take T-shirts, shorts, sandles, sunglasses, and an umbrella. Please note that te typhoon season lasts from June to September. The best time for a visit lasts March to May and October to December. It will be better if you can alter your plan a little bit. :)
