About:Ferry of Shekou Port, Shenzhen

Hongkong to Macau to Shenzhen & back

we are Indian travelers with Valid Visa for China. how to travel from HK to Macau( 1night) then from Macau to SZ ( 3days) & then to HK.

what is the best , time saving & economical mode to travel?

From HK to Macao, ferry is the best way. It is available both at the China Ferry Terminal or HK-Macau Ferry Terminal. It takes almost an hour and the cost is 164HKD during the day and 200HKD at night.

For SZ City, you can still take ferry, which can be taken at Maritime Ferry Terminal and Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal. You will arrive in Shekou Port. The duration is around an hour and the cost is 238MOP$.

Thank You Dora. once we reach the port. how much more time would it take to reach baoan in SZ?
Also is it advisable to go back to HK & then go to SZ. someone suggested that this woule be more convenient & better way to go to SZ rather than going straight from Macau?

Do you want to go to Baoan Airport? If yes, you may take a ferry to Fuyong Port from Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal or Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal (about 1 hour). You need to pay MOP 235 for an economical class; MOP 399 for a luxury class. Upon arrival, take a taxi to Baoan Airport for about CNY 15 (about 10 minutes). But the ferry is only applicable for air passengers.

It might be a detour to go back to Hong Kong and then SZ. You are advised to go straight to SZ.

Oh, I see. The ferries to Fuyong Port are only for transit passengers who will leave from Baoan Airport by air.
So, you may take a ferry to Shekou Port. Then, take a taxi to your destination for around CNY 40-50 (about 20 to 30 minutes).

You need to pay about MOP 250 for an economical class and about MOP 370 for a luxury class. The trip takes about 1 hour.
