Yes, your itinerary is eligible for 240 hour visa free transit because both Macau and Taiwan are considered as valid (eligible) territories for this particular visa free transit policy. It is important to understand that you will have to have your Taiwan bound ticket bought and in hand at the moment when you are about to leave Macau toward mainland China because you will be asked to present it in both Macau and upon your arrival in mainland China. You can use a ferry from Macau to Shekou port in Shenzhen or to cross on foot through Hengqin border crossing (located in the southern part of Macau at Cotai area). Please, have in mind that you cannot use Portas do Cerco (Gongbei) border crossing for this purpose. Have a nice visit to China.
