I need to leave China urgent, I have the Z visa, already register but only that can I leave ?

As the result of a mutual agreement between me and the employer , I will work elsewhere and not in PRC. I have entered on the 19 th of February with a work Z type, did the register but didn´t follow trough with anything else, I have the passport with me, can I exit PRC when I want ? I expect to do so tomorrow at least at the end of the week, is it possible without having any problems ?
