I have been working in northeast of China, Jilin and Harbin , they were not expensive so I am just wondering if XM not expensive too ? how is Huli district ? thank you

Yeah, you are right. The living expense in XM is actually similar to Harbin and Jilin, not too expensive. While, Huli District is located at the heart of the city, and the living fee may be a bit higher.
