Transit Visa when coming from Taiwan and going to Hong Kong

Hi,
Do you know if a Transit Permit can be granted if flying from Taiwan to Shanghai and then Shanghai to Hong Kong?

Jack, in this case, you are eligible for the free transit policy. You don’t need to apply for any entry permit.
