About:Visa Policy of China

where and how should i apply for taiwan visa?

I would like to travel to taiwan for business for couple of days. I am India - working in shanghai having z type.

Hey, you can't apply in mainland. Instead, you should go to HK or Singapore. The office in HK is located at Lippo Center building Tower 1 in Admiralty.
