Dear, according to what you said, I think you can apply for a tourist entry permit for your wife. When she enters Nigeria, you two can register your marriage. You kids don’t need to apply for it. Your wife needs to provide those documents containing her valid passport, valid airline return ticket, evidence of funds and evidence of hotel reservation as well as acceptance of immigration responsibility. And then submit the application to the embassy of Nigeria in PRC to apply for it.
