Do you have Mainland Travel Permit? If yes, you can take your Taiwan passport and MTPs to enter HK. If not, you need to make a pre-arrival registration at the website of HK SAR Immigration Department. If you have any doubts about pre-arrival registration, please dial this number (852) 2824 6111 to get more relevant information.
