About:Visa Policy of China
I am Ethiopian. I have HK Visa. Can I get the China mainland entry permit at HK??

Tade, do you have an HK ID card? If you have one, then you can apply for the mainland entry permit from there. If not, it might be hard to apply from Hong Kong. You may need to seek for assistance from an agency.0
