Taiwan to Beijing

Hi My name is Martin, I'm Indonesia Citizen and working in Taiwan, next month I need go to Beijing for working, Do I need apply for VISA? I have Taiwan ARC

Yes, you need to apply for one, but you can't do the application in Taiwan. You can apply from HK or Macau or from your home country.
