cannot return the transportation card in beijing

Please suggest us for this problem.Yesterday we try to return the transportation card at airport express but we was refused. The officer told that we use the IC card for travelling bus(bus no.877) but we didn't complete the trip by touch the card again when we come out the bus. So, can anyone suggest what can we do to refund card? Should we go back to the 877 bus?

Sorry for your case, but you should scan the card when boarding and disembarking the bus no. 877. Now the bus fare was not deducted. As the officer has said it cannot be returned, you now have the last way. Consult the Transportation Card Company for any solution, here is the number 010-88087733. Good luck.
