About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I’m indonesia and living in japan now, I want to visit shenyang for 4 nights, apply by send mail?

I am indonesian and living in japan, I live in kumamoto, can I apply visa by mail to fukuoka or I have to go directly to PRC counselor to apply?

Alvin, you can't apply by sending mails. As you are not Japanese citizen, I'm afraid you may need to apply through a travel agency. You can double check this with the consulate.
