I arrive PVG at 4 pm. What is the best way to get to No. 88 Guang Yuan Xi Road, Xu Hui District?

In the airport, you can take the subway line 2 to Jiasu Road Station, where you can transfer to line 11 to Xujiahui Station. take the Exit 18 and walk about 420 yards, you will reach the hotel.
