which will be the best date to travel Taiwan?

20/8/2015 to 26/8/2015 or 27/8/2015 to 2/9/2015?

Oh, the second period is more appropriate. According to the previous weather data, there were fewer rainy days in the end of August and early September. The climate will be sweltering and moist. Thus you can just bring summer clothes.
