About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

I'm employed in Ukraine and am supposed to have a business visit to China.

Please, advice on the following:
- is Invitation from business associate needed in original or scan copy will be ok?
- how much time does consideration process take after documents are submitted to the Embassy?

Hi, Maryna! The scan copy of the invitation letter is acceptable. Only if the consular officer asks you to show the original copy, you need it.

After all the documents are submitted, you need to wait for about four working days to process the application.
