About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

I have a Z visa valid till October, and the contract ends in December

My employer said they'll renew the Z type easily in October, but as far as i know it is based on the contract duration, so they may rather create new contract for the visa renewal purpose, is that right ? Should i expect the new contract that will be valid for longer period of time from them without my agreement or it's possible to renew Z type for just few months longer without changing the end date of the contract (25 December) ? I want to leave such the employer before October, any suggestions how can i do it legally? I mean if i break the contract - i'm sure i have a very small chance to get release letter from them, so if i rather don't get release letter but i want to apply for a new employer, how can i do it without getting banned from country by breaking the contract with a tricky employer ?

Dima, the validity of your Z type is based on the contract duration. If you don't sign another contract with your employer, they can only renew your Z type for another two months. If you want to quit the current job before the contract ends, you should negotiate with your employer. You may need to pay some penalties for this. In addition, you should examine your contract carefully. There must be details about your dismission. Generally speaking, if you submit the resignation application one month in advance, you can leave the company legally.

What about if i don't wish to renew, just get back home without notifying employer by the few days prior to end date of my entry permit? Will i be banned? Do i need to get cancellation certificate or anything else to just leave the country ?

It's OK for you to leave. You don't need the cancellation certificate.

Will i be banned from the country ? For example my entry permit is till October, and i'm leaving in september, will it be closed automatically at the customs? What will my company/employer do in such the case? Can they use that contract to show it to the government or police in order to ban me from the country, or ban me from issuing any other Z type?

Qima, relax! It seems that you overthink about this issue. You can leave without problems. Your employer may get angry about what you do but they can't ban you from going back to your country.
