

I have a Z visa valid till October, and the contract ends in December
My employer said they'll renew the Z type easily in October, but as far as i know it is based on the contract duration, so they may rather create new contract for the visa renewal purpose, is that right ? Should i expect the new contract that will be valid for longer period of time from them without my agreement or it's possible to renew Z type for just few months longer without changing the end date of the contract (25 December) ? I want to leave such the employer before October, any suggestions how can i do it legally? I mean if i break the contract - i'm sure i have a very small chance to get release letter from them, so if i rather don't get release letter but i want to apply for a new employer, how can i do it without getting banned from country by breaking the contract with a tricky employer ?
