Best month of the year to visit Taiwan for surfing?

Hi

I am Asian-Australian and wanting to spend 3 weeks in Taipei, Alishan, Yilan and Kenting. I am an intermediate surfer and wanting to surf at East and South coasts. What is the best month of the year to visit and still able to catch decent waves?
