Does it mean that all buildings in the park will be open until 18:00? I want to visit Fayuan Temple on the same day, and the two temples are not close to each other. So I am struggling with which one I need to see first during that day.Thank you.

Yes, the scenic spots closed at 18:00. It's suggested to go to Temple of Heaven first because there are more interesting scenic spots there; and there are lots of local people do morning execrises like Taichi there.
