Istanbul - Beijing - Ningbo Route

Hi. I will arrive in PEK from Istanbul ( Turkish airlines ) at 15:05, and have a connection flight to NIngbo wilth CA at 20.10. How much time will it take to get from international airport to domestic, what terminals is ? I arrive at T3 right? And from what terminal will depart? And do I need to collect and then recheck my luggage? Is it enough time to make connection. And what is procedural step by step.Thank you in advance.
