About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Amsterdam - Beijing - Philippines

Hi. My parents will be arriving in PEK from Amsterdam (SAS Airline) at 11:55 and have a connecting flight to Philippines with PAL airlines at 12:55, just an hour connection time. Is this enough? I have read some reviews, some say it takes very long time queing in the understaffed immigration and other security inspection, while others say its just ok. I know it depends on the load of passengers in that day. But considering its in the middle of the day..? Does anyone know what terminal does the PAL (Philippine Airlines) is using?
Your words would be a great help. Thank you.

Both of the airlines are at T3. As I know, the least transit time from international to international at T3 is 60min, so they can make it. Just ask them to hurry up after landing. They have to go through the immigration, but there is no need to handle the luggages.
