About:Visa Policy of China

My son is living with us but needs to renew his S2 visa, which expires on March 12.

However, wondering if he has multi-entries and 180 day duration of stay and just traveled to US in January, can he just take trip out of country or does he need to renew/extend it. He will stay with us until June. Thank you for your prompt reply!

Trish, what kind of S2 he has currently? I mean how the duration of stay is? Usually, the officers just give the same duration of stay based on his current one. You should visit local entry and exit management bureau immediately. The renewal should be submitted at least 7 days before it expires.
