Viginia, banks are usually closed from Jan. 1 to 3 on Chinese lunar calendar. It is Feb. 18, 19 and 20 on solar calendar. Although they are open from Jan. 4 (Feb.21), the opening hours are usually short. By the way, dfferent banks may have their own schedules.
