Termination of student type entry permit.

is it necessarily to refuse you a visa to china as a student because there is a spelling mistake of your name on the admission note while the passport number is correct?

Ben, if the name on the admission letter is inconsistent with your real name, it's very likely that you will be rejected. You should ask your school to reissue you an admission letter.
