About:Chinese Embassy in Fiji

Do Lebanese Passport holders need a transit visa for Hong Kong (5hrs)

Yes, you need it. You can go to the Chinese embassy in Lebanon or directly send your application materials to the Hong Kong Immigration Department. Documents to be submitted are the application form, recent passport size photos, a photocopy of your passport, a photocopy of your bank statement, and a photocopy of your flight tickets.

We are in Fiji and we were advised by the Embassy here that she does not need a transit visa becoz she will be transiting in Hong Kong for only 5hrs then she flies off...

We are confused...Can you please clarify we dont want her to get stuck.

Hi Carole, she does not need one as it is a direct transit, but she has to stay at the transit area in the airport.
