About:China Visa on Arrival

I'm Thai citizen but staying in UAE. Can I apply visa on arrival at Guangzhou airport?

Mimi, you can not apply for a VOA to Guangzhou. If you reside in UAE legally, i mean, you have resident permit for employment or study, you can apply for a L type there in advance.
