About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Do Iranian passport holders pick the entry visa to Hong Kong upon arrival or prior to departure?

Im an Iranian Passport holder but residence in Malaysia, and have an offshore company in Hong Kong, I would like to know if I need to apply for a visit permit to Hong Kong before I book my ticket? if yes, how long does it take?!

The flights tickets to and from HK are needed for the application, so you need to apply after you book the ticket. Usually, the processing time is around four weeks, so you need to book the ticket early and make the application early.
