I am going to harbin at 24 dec 2014. What's temp.and climate?

According to the previous statistics, the temperature of that day is -4 °F to 6.8 °F. It's extremely cold. You should bring your thick overcoats, scarfs, gloves, boots and pants in order to keep you warm.
