I know that emirate air craft allowed for me 30 kg checked laguge so when i return back southren air from changsh to bejing then to dubi by ck aircraft to addis ababa by ek or emirate craft so my question is how much kg allowed for us checkin laguge and hand one

For your trip from Changsha to Beijing, the checked luggage is 20kg and one piece of carry luggage within 5kg, smaller than size of 20×40×55cm. As for the CK Airline, it should be for goods transfer.
