I was given a ChinaX2 visa in Lanzhou because of school.

The following detail as follow:
Entry=0 (guess I applied in China itself)
valid until 17 Sept 2014 (this is the strange part)
remarks=oermitted to stay until 31 jan 2015 (this is the correct date)

but why the valid until is that date? Thanks
