Is it good to visit Taiwan around Chinese New Year, around mid February 2015?

ReplyPersonally, yes. There are tourists during that period, but it won't be very crowded. The temperatrue will be generally comfortable. But some rainy days may happen, so check ahead the weather forecast in advance.00Reply
