From the airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus to reach Yangzhou first. Upon reaching Yangzhou, you can take a local taxi to reach local west bus station, where you can find the local public bus line 66, so you can take this line to reach Hangji Town directly. The Hangji Bus Station is the terminal. The bus fare is around 2RMB per person.1
