About:Top 10 Muslim Restaurants in Shanghai

i'm staying at SNAI, shanghai. need ur help in locating a halaal restaurant nearby

salaam
i'm staying at National Accounting Institute and have been trying to find a genuine halaal restaurant. As I understand, most of the non-muslims in China think if there is no pork or wine in the dish, it is halaal while in reality it might be not. therefore am wondering if you could kindly suggest me a halaal restaurant run by a muslim or where the chef or cook is a muslim.
thank you

Around your current place, I just know there is a Halal Lanzhou Hand-pulled Noodles around 1,000m away! It is located at No. 420, Xumin Road and I remember it is operated by a Muslim.
