About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Do I need VISA? Please answer!! :)

I am a Sri Lankan. If I book Cathay Pacific from Chengdu to Hong Kong, and there is a transit of 6 hrs, do I need a transit one? If I do, would it be possible for me to get an extension given that my transit may be a bit longer than 6 hrs.

Do you mean that if you will fly from Sri Lanka to HK with a 6h transit in Chengdu? If so, no visa is needed as long as you don't get out of the airport!

Or you mean to transit in HK for 6 hours? if yes, you have to apply for a HK visa in advance.
