About:China Visa on Arrival

I hold à swedish passport do not have à visa to china but need it very urgently

Currently I am in Hong Kong and need it prompt
Can I just take à flight to issuing departement port of Beijing or Shanghai
And getting one there?

Will I face any problems , and what do I have to consider?

No, you are advised to have a try to apply in HK through the Commissioner's Office of the China Foreign Ministry in advance. Visa on arrival is impossible as I know.
