Hi!

I will be staying in bestel hotel in simming district.
from airport, what is the best transportation to my hotel?
can you give me a 3 days iterinary? i want to shop (look around & see what XM has to offer), eat (local food & delicacies)

1. It is best to take aiport shuttle bus Lundu Line to your hotel. By that, you can get off at the terminus at Lundu Station and then walk to your hotel within several minutes!

2. For your trip, here is my suggestion:
D1: South Putuo Temple - XM University - Huandao Road
D2: Gulangyu Island - Zhongshan Road Pedestrian
D3: Zencuoan - Botanical Garden (if there is time left, go to Jimei area)

I have follow up questions.
1. I didn't see Lundu line airport shuttle bus from the page above. Is it also located in the same area as the other bus line shown in the above page? how much will it cost?
2. what is the best transport system for day 1 & 3?
3. plan to visit quanzho. what can i see there? should i stay there overnight? i will be in XM for 5 days & 4 nights.

The airport shuttle bus lines is not shown on the page above. It is shown on the Gaoqi International Airport and the bus line's name on that page is called "Ferry Boat Dock Line". The bus fare is around 10RMB per person.
The local public buses is the best method. To Gulangyu Island, the ferry is the best method. The South Putuo Temple is close to the XM University and you can walk to reach there easily.
For Quanzhou, the Kaiyuan Temple, the Qingyuan Mountain and the Quanzhou Museum are suggested to have a look. If time is available, you can stay there overnight.

when going to quanzhou from XM, is it better if i take the bullet train? is it the in railway station in xiahe rd in siming district? how much is the fair? do i need to buy ticket in advance? where can i view the schedule? if i plan to stay there overnight, which hotel or what area is the best to stay?

The bullet trains are frequent and comfortable, so it is suggested to use this method if you are in Jimei District. The bullet train's fare is around 20.5RMB for the second class seat and it is 24.5RMB for the first class seat. The train takes about 26 minutes and it is suggested to book it in advance. The detail timetable can be searched in the Train Section on this website.
The bullet trains are from XM North Railway Station in Jimei District, about 25km from the XM Railway Station.

For hotel, what is your budget? Anyway, I suggest you a economical one called Jinjiang Inn at No. 359, North Wenling Road in Licheng District.

BTW, if you do not want to go to the North Train Station, you can go to the Fanghu Bus Station at No. 5, Jinhu Road to take a bus for Quanzhou and the buses are frequent.
