About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Do Filipinos need visa if more than 30 days?

Hi! I have a sister in HK who works for Cathay Pwcific. Booked a ticket for my family his coming March 27-May 30, 2014. Do we still need one? If so, what are the requirements? Thanks!

Yes, you do need to apply for HK visas in advance through Chinese embassy or consulate. If you are going for family visit, an invitation letter showing your Hong Kong relative's name, address, telephone number etc. is required as well as copies of her passport and HK ID. You can also ask your sister to handle your applications from HK immigration department directly.
